Two weeks to go before we dive back into the final season of the sestras on Orphan Black. The closer we get, the readier I am. I have always loved this show as a summer series to juxtapose the light and sunny outside with dark and cold inside, I guess. Same reason I like The Strain and my Syfy shows in the summer, too.
Canadian network Space Channel has released a tantalizing new key art image (above) that’s a nod to the iconic 1939 painting “The Two Fridas” by artist Frida Kahlo and shows Sarah and Helena bound by so much more than DNA. Color us very, very intrigued.
In addition to that, BBC America has been rolling out clips and teasers and has released the final pre-season trailer. Enjoy!
Orphan Black begins its fifth and final season on Saturday, June 10th, at 10/9c on BBC America in the U.S. and Space Channel in Canada. Full episodes of previous seasons are available to stream on the BBC America app and Amazon Prime and are available for download to own on all major digital platforms.
